Hear that the Hartenbos river opend today. If so then fishing could be good over the weekend if weather will let us. Theres still the odd cob coming out now and then, but they keep it still. Gouritz still produces good fish.

Was looking at Buffels (Cape Point) tomorrow, but if fish reports, weather, etc unfavorable, thinking about heading up for the weekend. Any recommendations on an inexpensive place to stay on the river?

Sorry, dont know much of the accommodation in and around gouritz. Usually drive there on the day when i go fishing.

Jis, ek het als probeer om ouens in die hande te kry. Ons is darm nou al 5 ouens van Oudtshoorn af. Met ons eerste outing kan ons praat of ons die club official wil maak. Sal dan begin werk aan logo en konstitusie. Ons sal ook seker by kayak SA moet registreer.
