plus the wife's permit and you are on R2000.00. Smelly you are on the money. Let's just stand together against this bull...t! With the latest fee's at least they are getting an income. if nobody pays the new fee's then where will they find there funding? Where do we find the petition forms. As far as i know online does not count. Zuma and his choma's got it right so let's give it a go. They can't police thousands with only three staff. that's if they know what they are looking for. Some don't know an elf from a kob. duh scratch

Problem is they are going to start policing popular places like cape point and pringle where a lot of us go out. Langebaan will be off limits because the 4 times I have been there I have been checked twice. That's 50 % of the time. Not bad.

I guy with a fishing rod can still run away. I want to see you run away with a kayak on your shoulder. fishslap yahoo roll on floor laughi

It was gazetted in the 29 January 2010 Gov. Gazette. page 76

Angling - R200
West Coast Lobster - R500
Mollusks, including octopus, squid, worms, other invertebrates and aquatic plants - R300
Additional fee per Vessel (only payable by the skipper) for recreational fishing from such a vessel where applicable - R500

So the kayak fisherman who wants to fish, take out cray, and pump prawns, his annual licence will cost him R1500 / year.

i havent bought a license in years, and dont know what it costs currently....

if it is so, then i apologize, also tired of paying and paying and paying and no result, always nice if you got somewhere you can say something..

lol better if you could hook the culprits on the hook fishing

For what it is worth i would ignore this crap as they only want to link there scam to our popular ski site. Be careful guys. keep it reel. no pink drinks. this is what happens.
they are looking for conversation and forgeting the pure nature of the outdoors.

Cant seem to copy the contents onto here, here is the link :
